The foundation of all of the work that I do with my clients is oriented to the goal of helping people create happier lives. I was privileged in the Spring 2008 to be a Teaching Fellow in the Positive Psychology course at Harvard University with Tal Ben-Shahar. In his classic book, Happier, he notes that happiness is indeed, the ultimate currency.
I taught sections of this class to both Harvard undergraduates as well as to individuals (ranging from 20-70 years of age, from Asia, South America, Europe and throughout the US) who watched classes online and met for classes via conference calls on a weekly basis.
This 10 week, “Course in Happiness” entails personal writing exercises and homework practices that have been shown empirically to improve one’s level of happiness when practiced over time. I bring these exercises to my clients who are seeking to make positive changes in their lives, personally and professionally.
While it is always wonderful to meet with people face-to-face if they are in the greater Boston area, I have worked successfully via telephone with people across the US and around the world. I would be happy to speak with you to see if I could be helpful to you in your process of finding a happier, more successful life.
