Dr. Davis is an out-of-network provider for most insurance plans. Check your card, and if it says POS or PPO then your plan will probably reimburse some of the cost of the session (usually 70 – 80%). Clients will be expected to pay at the time of service and will be provided with a receipt that they can submit to their insurance plan.
It’s always best to call your insurance 800 number to see what your plan will cover if this is critical to your decision making.
Checks, cash, credit cards, Venmo accepted.
